    Hands down the best burger mince I’ve ever used. These contain just the right amount of fat to lean meat ratio to create a masterpiece burger. I used it to make smash burgers and they were truly delicious. I had thumbs up and compliments from all who tasted my burgers.
    If you’re using the seasoned beef then it’s as easy as just creating your balls of meat loosely and smashing them down onto a pan (preferably hot cast iron). 70g patties should take around 60 seconds on each side to cook and form a nice crust. Don’t forget to add a slice of that cheap American processed cheese once you’ve flipped the patty. I personally prefer Milbona cheese from Lidl.
