All Lambs for Qurbani/Udhiyyah will be 13-15 months old at time of slaughter. Please find our sample schedule below [this is subject to change]:
– Slaughter – 1st and 2nd days of ‘Eid (after 8:30am)
– Dispatch to Courier – Monday 9th June*
– Delivery orders arriving at your doorstep – Tuesday 10th to Wednesday 11th June*
– Collections from farm are possible from second day of ‘Eid onwards providing carcasses have been returned back at the farm at a reasonable hour on day 1*

All Qurbani/Udhiyyah orders will be standard cut only and delivered as follows:

– 1x bag chops (front chops, back chops and neck chops)
– 1x bag leg – diced
– 1x bag shoulder – diced
– 1kg mincemeat
– 1x bag remaining meat – diced

Mixing may occur. Offal is not sent back to us if defects are found. Offal will be sent provided we receive it back from our abattoir.

Unfortunately no bespoke requests will be taken.

You will receive circa 19-20kg meat (net weight).
