‘Eid al-Adha 2026 – Lamb Udhiyyah Qurbani Sacrifice

All Lambs for Qurbani/Udhiyyah will be 13-15 months old at time of slaughter. Please find our sample schedule below [this is subject to change]:
– Slaughter – 1st and 2nd days of ‘Eid (after 8am)
– Dispatch to Courier – Thursday 28th and Friday 29th May*
– Delivery orders arriving at your doorstep – Friday 29th and Saturday 30th May*
– Collections from farm are possible from second day of ‘Eid onwards (if collecting, please call for collection time)

*Please note: Dates are provisional and subject to moon sighting.

All Qurbani/Udhiyyah orders will be standard cut only and delivered as follows:

– 10kg leg and shoulder – diced – 2x bags
– 4kg chops (front, back and neck chops) – sliced – 1x bag
– 4kg ribs and neck – diced – 1x bag
– 2kg mincemeat – 1x bag
– Supplied with 10x extra empty bags for distribution/storage purposes

Mixing may occur. Offal is not sent back to us if defects are found. Offal will be sent provided we receive it back from our abattoir.

No bespoke requests will be taken.

You will receive circa 20kg meat (net weight).
