Ordered leg of lamb on the bone and a couple of steaks for the first time from Hill Farm last week. Cannot speak highly enough of the service from order placing to doorstep. Ordered Wednesday delivered Friday on time, packed up neatly in sealed bags and chilled to perfection. I made lamb biryani with a couple of the packs of lamb leg and it tasted phenomenal. My entire family noticed the difference in flavour compared to the meat we normally use. It’s more expensive than I’m used to to but it was worth every penny. So pleased, thank you 😊

If you want the finest quality Halal meat, you need to visit this place. HMC is excellent but due to the demands of the Muslims, the quality of meat for most HMC suppliers is of low standards. I am not saying in anyway that I dislike HMC. Im incredibly grateful for HMC. I can go out anywhere in the country and look for HMC food and feel comfortable that Im eating Halal. Hill farm isnt HMC but the owner is very responsible and has the animals slaughters at HMC abattoirs. I have met the owner on many occasion. I have no doubts about it being Halal. When you get your meat home after its been aged for 21 days and you see the colour of the meat, the marbling, you know you have something good. If you have the chance to see the butchers make the cuts, you'll be amazed at their level of skill. When you cook the meat and you can taste the flavours, you know the meat in amazing. You then go to your decent restaurants and order steak and think whats happed to this place? I'm sure they used serve amazing steaks? You've now tasted quality steaks at home and the average restaurants doesn't compare. Thats when you realise what level of quality the meat from hill farm is. The average restaurant cant sell high quality steaks like the type you get from Hill Farm and they are in the same boat as HMC. Restaurants want to be HMC, so they have buy from HMC. HMC consumers want halal meat but want to pay pennies. Halal consumers want to eat out but also want to but a steak for pennies. So in the end it comes down to supply and demand

Good first visit experience. Ordered whole lamb. Still going through the meat. It is OK to date. Worth a try.
