The Lamb loin, also known as saddle, is cut by taking out the spine of the lamb, before trimming and rolling by hand the meat into a roasting joint with ample fat covering, then tying.
Due to unprecedented demand, we're postponing our 10% off on all Lamb products for a few hours. Some orders may be delayed and dispatched on Monday 23rd Feb as a result.
